The Monte San Giuliano restaurant was born in Erice in 1990 thanks to the 2 partners Andrea Coppola and Matteo Giurlanda, In the last 30 years They gave welcome their customers with courtesy and professionality. The restaurant has 3 internal rooms and a beautiful garden during the summer that makes the Monte San Giuliano restaurant a comfortable place where you can spend your time with a good athmosphere and good food. The Chef Matteo Giurlanda is part of Federazione Italiana Cuochi, and he made the quality of the products, his strenght. We use only fresh products (for example our home made pasta) to prepare Typical Mediterranean food. Starting from the typical Trapani's recipes to all the products of Mediterranean area, like oil, almonds, olives, pistachio, garlic, tuna products and much more.
